A virtual session on emotional wellness in today's challenging world will be offered on September 21 at 6:30 pm by Girl Scouts of the Colonial Coast (GSCCC) and Licensed Professional Counselor and emotional wellness advocate, Takiya Tarlton. This webinar is open to all adults and free and is part of a monthly series where GSCCC offers a one-hour webinar on a topic presented by their alum and friends network. Tarlton has worked in the mental health field providing crisis intervention, teaching coping skills, and developing critical stress management techniques both in school and community settings in Virginia, North Carolina and New Jersey. She is excited to help equip individuals with the necessary tools to promote the social, spiritual, physical and emotional wellness in their lives.
