Barco memorial chapel Gallop Memorial Chapel recently won Columbian Mutual Life Insurance Company’s year-end Agent Award. The award was presented to licensed funeral directors and corporate partners Courtney N. Gallop and J. Benjamin Andrews for excelling in customer service and for excellence in pre-need client outreach.
According to founding partner Courtney N. Gallop, the funeral home has partnered with Columbian Life Insurance to provide guaranteed advance funeral contracts to local families since the Nags Head branch of the funeral home opened in 2006. Columbian Financial Group is based in Binghamton, NY. Regional sales manager Troy Mathews who covers a five-state zone, presented the award to Gallop Funeral Services, Inc. in January based on Gallop Memorial Chapel/Gallop Funeral Services’ 2020 performance.
Gallop and Andrews are both licensed North Carolina pre-need insurance representatives. Andrews notes the funeral home’s pre-need documentation has consistently maintained top ratings for accuracy in the state board audit process.
