Melanie Bright, Specialist Pharmacy Tech II, joined The Outer Banks Hospital in March, 2020 as a Chemotherapy Tech. Since then, the pharmacy team has come to rely on her knowledge of mixing chemotherapy. Not only is Bright extremely efficient and pleasant to work with, she jumps right in to help the other technicians.
Bright excels at her job by looking for ways to make improvements, working to add to her knowledge and training, and staying conscientious to ensure patient safety. Hard working and dependable, she constantly goes above and beyond her daily job duties and is a great representation of The Outer Banks Hospital’s values.
