The Museum of the Albemarle will host a workshop in collaboration with STEAM Quest on Saturday, August 27 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. Participants between the ages of 8-11 years of age will be provided materials to unlock their creativity. Take a walk through a vocal presentation discussing women inventors from the exhibit Picturing Women Inventors and then walk in their shoes. The women discussed will include an astronaut, an engineer, and a businesswoman. Students will have an activity associated with each individual!
